This will include but not limited to written fleet safety procedures, driver motor vehicle records, vehicle maintenance, Department of Transportation compliance, fleet record keeping, etc...
OSHA Record Keeping
Compliance Safety Consulting will assist with your company's OSHA Record keeping program. This will include recording lost time, and recordable incidents using the OSHA forms. I.E. - OSHA forms 300, 300A, and 301. CSC will work with your human resources, risk management, and or safety department to maintain your company's OSHA record keeping. Providing your company does not have internal personnel to maintain this process, CSC will implement and record your OSHA record keeping.
Administrative Support
Compliance Safety Consulting will assist in developing your company's safety administration program. This will include developing a safety filing system which will include tracking of personnel files. i.e. new hire orientation, physicals, background checks, safety training, substance abuse, etc.. CSC will also manage your safety administration program providing that your company doesn't have a designated safety administrative manager.
Disciplinary & Incentive Program.
Compliance Safety Consulting will assist in developing your company's Disciplinary and Incentive Program. This will include written procedures that will fit your company's expectations.
OSHA Compliance Audits
Compliance Safety Consulting will assist your team by sending a qualified safety representative to their location immediately to provide support with the OSHA Compliance Audit. As your safety consultant, our role is to represent your company and assist the site team in mitigating safety deficiencies that might result in a citation. CSC will also assist in abating citations and represent your company at informal OSHA conferences.
Safety Meetings
Compliance Safety Consulting will assist in establishing your company's safety meetings. i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual. CSC will provide a safety topic to discuss at your request.
Drug Screening Program
Compliance Safety Consulting will assist in establishing a substance abuse program for your company. CSC will also assist in the implementation of your substance abuse program. i.e. - new hire, post-accident, random, reasonable suspicion, etc...
